Christmas lights in Ogre

^{Ogre town has earned the title of “Christmas capital” in recent years.}

The city center shines in countless lights wrapped around tree trunks and branches, an alley of light balls has been created in the city square. A little further from the center, within walking distance, children and adults are delighted by the carriage of the former Russian queen Catherine I, made of 60,000 Christmas lights. Also, illuminated giant angels can be found at every church in Ogre district.}
