"Kaķumuiža"

Guest house "Kaķumuiža" ("Cat manor") is intended for recreation, celebrations, sports games as well as seminars for small companies. The guest house is located between the town Ikšķile and Tīnūži - 31 km or 43 minutes by car from the capital city Riga center, 2 km from the center of the town Ikšķile, 8 km from the city Ogre, 3 km from Tīnūži. Maximum number of guests - 20, including children. There is a house of 240 m², 17 places to sleep in beds (10 different size of beds), 4 rooms and 1 attic floor. The house has a sauna, heated with firewood, a shower. Hot water always available. Area of the territory ~ 1 ha. The territory is fully fenced.

There is a grill, a hot tub, a children's playground with 2 swings, 2 hammocks and a pond near the house. There is also a streetball, football (smaller than standard) and volleyball court. There is a terrace with glass that protects guests from wind and rain. The guest house has a well-equipped kitchen with a fridge, dishwasher, electric stove, microwave, crockery and cutlery, glasses and mugs (with pictures of cats), etc. Smart TV (with USB cable and internet function) and smart music center (can connect with Bluetooth). Free 4G internet is available.

You will be the only guests in the guest house. The owners live in another house 150 meters away. Free private parking for 10 cars. Surroundings - meadows, forests, a village of private houses. The area is perfect for long walks and cycling, in winter - for skiing. There is the "Ogres Zilie kalni" nature park (NATURA 2000). In the nearest town Ikšķile - a long promenade along the bank of the river Daugava, St. Maynard's island with church ruins. A few kilometers from the guest house is Lake Selēku. Parties are allowed, but noise outside the house after 23.00 is prohibited. Arrival with pets is strictly prohibited. There will be no cats in the guest house, but good guests can be visited by neighbor's cats. If cleanliness, nice interior and comfort are important to you - then this guest house will be the right one.
